The inside story of my years working for 'The British Pepper & Spice Co.Ltd'
Twenty years of working at the British Pepper & Spice Co Ltd were years where I learned many lessons and experienced defining, life changing moments.

It was through an employment agency that I first got to work at BPS. Between my earlier and latter forays into the world of sweet spices and ghastly garlic I was moved around various factories and warehouses by the agency. I eventually settled at the above location and took over from the retiring Bill Conway {He used to fill the hoppers on the first floor packing area}.

Like anywhere, there is the public face and, under the surface, the stuff you don't normally see.
